How courtsph helps you book with confidence — and what to do if something looks wrong.
Before a venue appears in public search, the owner submits KYC (government ID, selfie, business details). Our team reviews applications manually. We may suspend or remove listings that appear fraudulent, duplicated, or misleading.
Contact us immediately if you believe a listing is fake, impersonates another business, or asked you to pay outside courtsph:
Include the venue name, URL, screenshots, and any payment reference if applicable. Do not send passwords or full ID numbers by email.
If someone cloned your venue or is using your photos without permission, email us with proof of ownership (business registration, utility bill, or social pages). We will investigate and may suspend conflicting listings under our Venue Owner Terms.
