Player Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account, completing a booking, or paying through courtsph ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Player Terms, our Privacy Policy, and venue-specific rules shown before checkout.

2. Bookings & payments

• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment (where payment is required) and receipt of a reference code.
• Pay only through courtsph checkout. We are not responsible for payments made directly to venues, individuals, or third-party links outside the Platform.
• Prices, availability, and venue rules are set by the venue operator.
• courtsph is a booking marketplace and technology provider — we do not operate the physical courts.

3. Cancellations, reschedules & refunds

Unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout, booking fees are non-refundable. Where rescheduling is offered, you may move your booking to another available slot subject to venue policy and product rules displayed in the app. No-shows may forfeit the booking amount.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information for confirmations and receipts.
• Follow venue rules, facility guidelines, and applicable laws.
• Arrive on time and treat staff, players, and property respectfully.
• Do not misuse the Platform for fraud, harassment, or impersonation.

5. Verified venues

A "Verified" badge means the venue operator completed courtsph identity and business review. It does not guarantee playing conditions, weather, or third-party conduct. Report suspicious listings via our Trust & Safety guidelines.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, courtsph is not liable for injuries, property damage, venue closures, or disputes between you and a venue except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking through the Platform.
