Return & Refund Policy

Effective date: July 23, 2026

This policy covers court bookings, Open Play registrations, and related digital payments processed through courtsph (Official Courts PH).

1. Nature of our service

courtsph is a digital marketplace operated by Pillar Core Technologies Inc. We facilitate online booking and payment for sports court time and related sessions. We do not ship physical goods. A "return" therefore means a refund, credit, or reschedule of a paid booking or session fee, subject to this policy and venue rules shown at checkout.

2. When payment is final

Unless Philippine law requires otherwise, or we expressly state otherwise at checkout, booking and session fees are non-refundable after successful payment. No-shows generally forfeit the paid amount.

3. Reschedules

Where the product allows rescheduling, you may move a confirmed booking to another available slot under the rules displayed in the app or website. A successful reschedule is not a cash refund. Venue closures or force majeure may be handled as a reschedule or goodwill credit at our or the venue's discretion.

4. Exceptions (refunds we may issue)

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by a platform or payment processing error.
  • Confirmed booking that the venue cannot fulfill and no suitable reschedule is available.
  • Payments for social / match flows where the other party fails to complete payment in time and our product rules state an automatic refund.
  • Cases required by applicable Philippine consumer protection or payment regulations.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment partner (PayMongo) and may take several business days depending on the bank or e-wallet.

5. Subscriptions & venue plans

Venue subscription and add-on fees are generally non-refundable once activated, except where required by law or where we cancel the service without providing a material alternative.

6. Dispute resolution process

  1. Contact support first. Email support@officialcourtsph.com or call +63 905 485 2634 with your booking/reference code, payment date, and a short description of the issue. You may also use our Report an issue form.
  2. We investigate. We review platform logs, payment status, and (where relevant) the venue's response. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
  3. Outcome. We may approve a refund/reschedule, decline with reasons, or ask for more information. We will confirm the outcome by email.
  4. Escalation. If you remain unsatisfied after our response, you may escalate in writing to the same support channel requesting a supervisor review. You may also pursue remedies available under Philippine law or through your payment provider's dispute process. Chargebacks should only be used after contacting us; we cooperate with PayMongo and card/e-wallet networks on legitimate disputes.
